Energy Boosting Tips
Ocean Spray offers five tips to stay energized all week long:
- Eat nutritiously and balance your diet. Don’t limit yourself to your child’s leftovers.
- Nourish yourself with foods high in vitamin C, antioxidants and vitamin B. Add new recipes to your repertoire such as Ocean Spray’s Tropical Cranberry Smoothie at www.oceanspray.com, for a healthy energy boost.
- Stash healthy restaurant menus in your car or office, so you’ll be less tempted to grab fast food with better options close by.
- Use scents to energize a room and create instant ambiance. Citrus scents – such as grapefruit – enliven dull rooms; cloves placed around an orange or grapefruit can spruce-up any kitchen.
- Schedule time for exercise. Go for a walk during your lunch break, take the stairs instead of an escalator or elevator, choose a parking spot farther away from your destination to get a few extra steps in whenever you can.
