Ocean Spray products are sold across the United States and in more than sixty countries around the world, to different ages and a wide variety of people, personalities, and perspectives. Our consumers are diverse so our program and product portfolio must be, too. Ocean Spray is purposefully nurturing a diverse and inclusive culture so our employees not only have the know-how, but also the know-why and understand-why frames of reference to continue to build this brand.
We define diversity as all of the ways that we are different from and similar to each other. Inclusion is about seeking and valuing the perspectives and points of view of those differences and similarities. At Ocean Spray, diversity and inclusion together are about having an environment where employees feel that their unique and individual backgrounds and experiences add value to the organization, and their way of seeing the world is woven into the work that they do. Our Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee helps guide these efforts through employee communication, programs, outreach, and partnerships.
